Return Period

We offer flexible returns within 14 days for regular purchases. Please note that all walking sticks and canes that have been cut to size are non-refundable. Additionally, custom orders are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused, resalable condition.
  • Condition: The product must be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Accessories & Tags: Accessories, tags, labels, and original documentation must be included with the returned item.
  • Custom Orders: Products that are custom made, cut to size, or altered at the customer’s request, are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Refund Method

All refunds will be processed as store credit, allowing you to choose a different product that better suits your needs.

How to Initiate a Return

To provide you with a seamless return experience, kindly follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Customer Service:
  • To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team within the 14-day return period for regular purchases.
  • Unfortunately, all walking sticks and canes that have been cut to size are non-refundable. Returns for custom orders are also non-refundable.

  • When contacting us, please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. This will help us process your request more efficiently.
  1. Receive RMA Number:
  • Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
  1. Prepare Your Package:
  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, ensuring they are in an unused, resalable condition.
  • Include all accessories, tags, labels, and original documentation.
  1. Ship Your Return:
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  1. Processing Your Return:
  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue store credit for the returned item(s), minus any shipping costs, within 7-10 business days.
